Eileen Tannenbaum
Eileen M. Tannenbaum concentrates her practice in the areas of business contracts and estate planning. Eileen has been practicing for over 25 years. She has extensive experience analyzing contractual agreements, including confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements and insurance policies.
Before joining The Tannenbaum Law Group, Eileen was in-house counsel for a life sciences company that manages clinical trials for small bio-techs. In that position, she gained valuable insight into various types of contracts and oversaw litigation matters. Eileen also has a background in insurance coverage and professional liability defense.
Out of the office, Eileen loves spending time with her kids. She is a founding member of a charitable foundation dedicated to raising funds for awareness, research and treatment of Autism, and she is actively involved at her kids’ schools. Eileen also enjoys playing golf and cooking.
