Business clients include companies of all sizes, from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Gary counsels clients in matters affecting daily operations, including commercial transactions, asset purchases and sales, employment matters, and tax issues. A substantial portion of his practice involves advising clients on issues that involve tax planning structures, including assessing and minimizing audit risk. Tax minimization strategies often include formation and operation of special purpose entities, such as Delaware investment holding companies, or business reorganization.
Business and estate planning clients alike rely on Gary's commitment to addressing their individual needs and trust in his extensive knowledge and skill. His devotion to serving clients in these complex areas extends over more than 25 years. Before establishing The Tannenbaum Law Group with his wife Eileen Tannenbaum, Gary served as a managing shareholder and led the estate and trust practice in a mid-sized law firm in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania. His practice at the firm included counseling clients on estate planning and business matters.
Gary and his family live very close to their office in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. Outside the office, Gary enjoys dining at a good restaurant with a better bottle of red wine, hanging out with his kids, and playing a little golf. Gary serves on the Board of Directors of several area nonprofit foundations that raise money or provide services to persons affected by Autism.
