Jeffrey Hoffmann – Of Counsel to the Firm
Jeffrey Hoffmann is “of counsel” to the firm. Jeff concentrates his practice in real estate matters arising in the firm's corporate and business law practice. He also handles probate matters in the trust and estates practice.
Jeff's experience in real estate law spans more than 25 years. He has represented national retail companies, real estate developers, landlords, and government agencies in a wide range of sophisticated, complex transactions and commercial projects. His background includes representing clients in the acquisition, sale, and lease of retail and mixed-use development projects. He has negotiated lease agreements on behalf of his clients with “big box” retailers, financial institutions, national chain restaurants, supermarkets and commercial office tenants.
In his estate administration and elder law practice, Jeff's work includes representing clients in Pennsylvania Orphan’s Court in counties throughout southeastern Pennsylvania in a variety of proceedings, including guardianship matters. Jeff was recently appointed to a select team of attorneys and judges who were tasked with re-writing the Pennsylvania Orphan’s Court rules of procedure.
Jeff operates his own law firm called The Law Offices of Jeffrey R. Hoffmann, LLC. Prior to forming his own firm in 2016, Jeff was a shareholder in a mid-sized law firm in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania. His practice at the firm focused on real estate law, as well as estate administration.
